Range of automatic, electromechanical transformer voltage regulator and combined air circuit breaker and control gear equipments.

Shore to ship supplies for submarines 6600 Volts // 450 to 480 Volts, Variable, 3 phase, 60 Hz using a combination of cooling mediums of synthetic fluid filled hermetically sealed and filled with a nitrogen blanket. Main and buck- boost transformers and air cooled voltage regulator section and air cooled air circuit breaker and control gear compartment.

In addition to routine and type testing,  these equipments have been seismic modelled and additionally tank modelled for rupture failure modes and protective measures.

In the example shown here the electromechanical  voltage regulator is housed in a sealed air filled cubicle with bolted access covers which can easily be removed for maintenance of the moving carbon rollers and voltage collector gear .

A clutch and handwheel are provided for manual operation .

Where site conditions dictate that Mineral transformer oil or synthetic fluid coolant is preferred then the main and buck-boost transformers can be located in one tank section and the voltage regulator in a separate tank section.
